Simple test of group data.
Coordinate values are chosen to help remember group membership, as follows:
x is used to keep atoms separate for plotting. y represents is used to
separate groups vertically, with group 0 at the bottom of the screen, and
group 4 at the top. z is the sequence number of the data in the file.
Note: while the file shows that the data need not be ordered by group number,
it is still recommended for efficiency.
